Worm-mix

Indication:

For prevention and treatment of round-and hairworm infestations in birds.

Symptoms:

OF INTESTINAL WORMS

• Weight loss
• Loss of condition
• Increased vulnerability to other disease

WHEN DO YOU TREAT YOUR ANIMALS:

• As a routine, after moult
• If you buy new birds
• In case of worm infections

Dosage:

DOSAGE: AS A GENERAL TREATMENT FOR BIRDS:
1 g for 500 g live-weight /5 g for 2500 g live-weight for 2 consecutive days
Administer the Worm-mix with the feed or in the drinking water.
Repeat this treatment after 10-12 days.
Measuring spoon 1+5 g. included

Interaction(s): not known.

Contra-indication(s): over dosage: Don't administer this product during

coupling, feeding of youngsters, moulting of big feathersor to birds younger than 14 days old.

Advice for use:

Isolate the sick birds (temperature 28-33 ºC, lights dimmed).
While treating sick animals, provide preventive treatment to other birds as well.
Ensure that the birds take the recommended quantities of medication; therefore, avoid the intake of non medicated food or water.
Administer glucose and MULTIVIT MIX during treatment.
For serious conditions, extended treatment is recommended
Make sure to adequately disinfect the accommodation.
If rapid improvement fails to occur, consult an expert.
